after icemeker abckstabbed me he took my capital when we were allies and when he started war i just lost without a chance to take it back...
is that sort of a bug ?

If you had an empty capital, he can take it. then you can lose while at peace, you have to break peace and then take your capita back.

Yes, that's possible and will be fixed. Bear in mind that it's punishable by stoning.

i broke the ally the min i saw he is backstabbing me...
then the peace but after i broke the peace i was dead already

I also thought about it. but idk what it is and even if its not a bug its unfair and needs to be fixed. cuz the player dont even have a chance to recape because he is still in peace.

I agree, but on the otherhand, its easy to prevent, just never leave your cap empty, 1 militia holds against masses of Allies ;-)

yes but why should I do that insted of just someone beeing a good ally. i dont need to play the game and to always look that im not getting backstabbed.

Backstabbing and politics are part of the game.
I've lost games because the guy I was fighting managed to convince my ally to change sides. (I try to make a point of defeating the backstabbing git on my way down, but that's beside the point!) I'm not crying over it since I've been on the other side of the alliance as well. If you want a game where people don't back-stab, play a team game (or maybe chess). The free-for-alls are just that.
My personal pet peeve is people who ally with everyone, or close as. I tend to see that as an 'enhanced peace' and treat it accordingly when I reach their borders. If they only have 1 or 2 allies inc me, I will often fight to the death to defend them.

what tzen said is true ... its also not about crying its about why should i do without trying to get my cap back ? does that seem fair ?
