its been a minute and i deeply apologize for not showing up sooner lol , i tend to post something like this once a year to see the comrades and hear from the trolls that made my experience here unforgettable, i would love to get a roleplaying game again for old time sake but the more and more years go by the less likely i think that will truly happen , ik my time on atwar wasn't perfect but i would have never changed it if i could have. i love reading the forums ( except the Dave sell the game ones they just are old pleas go away ). so i wish everyone a happy rest of 2025 and see y'all when i appear next.

I don't use International forums or Off Topic forums, so I'd like a way to hide that from the home forum index view (and of course a way to make them reappear). If you don't know what I'm talking about, you know how discord has a way to hide channels you don't want to see or use on the server channel list?

How is dave making any money out of this game? There is no ads, there is no new players to buy premium, all players are trying to farm protocoins to get lifetime premium.. This game is only losing money by paying for servers etc.. As i saw, dave wont touch this game for another year or two so we can say thank you dave for keeping our memories and game alive and fuck you dave for ruining our game..

You dont see the ads because youv got lifetime premium ape. he makes money from google adsense and also web trafficking i think

I have muted the dominican noob and troll, but at least (for now) I agree with this. However, as Brian has rightly pointed out, the duel area in general is very gray, and that is due to the large number of settings that can be played in duels as such. To be honest, I think the best option to avoid a shitstorm of "which maps and settings are best for duels" is to simply remove the ability for ranks up to 6 to join duels, and that's it. It's the same problem that existed in the past with Yacer and other players who spam a single type of duel, and if the problem is indiscriminate farming of noobs, then lock duels with low ranks, below 6 or even 8.

And taking advantage of this space, I would like to know why in casual duels the elo gained or lost is not shown. It's a bug that has been unresolved for years.

Remember that game with a guy with two accounts? The game was casual, it was frozen, and he stayed in the quick games lobby for three days. He was banned, and the game disappeared, never finished. I asked for a refund with the screenshot, but no one responded.

You guys need to do it based on WW1. It is the only thing that is played these days on the game, in quick games. In casual games, other scenarios are still being played.

Yes the idea is that 5-7 player maps will hopefully be playable in the "Quick" section

The fact is that none of these (except arguably korean) have popular playable scens. I say do whatever you think will be the best I have tried creating several american 1v1 maps (and some are high quality) but they haven't really taken off, perhaps people actually do like games with more players. I've been thinking about an american revolutionary war myself, you could add "winter" units to represent the cold and make it very detailed
