It is annoying sometimes, if you type fast. It actually bitches a lot on me, I just wait a little before each message.
I vote for make it stay, it prevents massive faggotry spam.
Btw, when the server lags, it's really annoying :l

I agree.

I sometimes forget about the 1 message per minute in global and use it 2/3 times and get these warnings and i guess this is not a rare issue plus there are people who type fast and get these flooding warnings
i like the idea of automatic mute but it should be after 8 constructive flood control warnings
