What's the difference?

Not being sarcastic, I just want to know the comparisons, since plain Middle East might not be large enough to be technically playable.

Depends of the opinion. Scroll down to the "traditional" table, that's the most accepted term for "The Middle East". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Middle_East

Ok. The version we have right now is really neither of these, lol. I still think that it's good, strategically, as it balances out the eastern portion more with the western portion.

Yeah, although adding some of Northern Africa would be cool, so the the rich "West" is now in the middle or something like that.

I think we should have "Middle East +" Which would include all of North Africa and the Islamic countries in the Sahara.

We could just make a Scenario of it, that's why the admins made them

I feel like Greater Middle East should include northern Africa. It's generally associated with the term Middle East anyways, as that term is often used to refer to predominantly Muslim countries (excluding those in Southeast Asia and Oceania).

That map would be way to small.

Nah, just make a scenario.
