Infantry spam

What strategy is the best if you're looking forward to infantry spam? I've tried out Imperialist and Perfect Defence, can't really judge with one is best.
What do you guys think?

Okay, what country is best if your playing PD?

Country isnt important. You can play with PD in everywhere. For example if you are in 3v3, you can pick Turkey(you may have money problem),Ukraine(you should work on it),Germany(so simple),UK,France,Italy and even Spain. As i said it doesnt matter what country you picked. Just play some games with PD.

PD is a universal strat, anyone could play it anywhere, it the benchmark of strats

If you want to spam units, take a look at GW. But you need to have high micromanagement skills.
