TLDR....... Basically, checkers. you get to the "other side" and now you can "King". Two individual pieces combined to have a unique playstyle and unique rules, that change the game. Just an idea, like Strats. But, specifically for stacks of units, "Main defence" Units "main attack" and so on, as long as that said unit is in a stack of, let's say, 3, 5 or 10, the stack acts like one unit on the map. Emphasis on the "Art of strategy" when having this idea in mind. Having 5 main attack units in a stack, gives an advantage and a disadvantage, Might be, "Pincer attack" gives a good advantage to crit and movement. If you take one attack unit out of this stack, then that said "Tactic" or "formation" doesnt come into action and its just like you have a stack of 4, same with 6. It has to be X of the same unit. Or 3 secondary units, tactic could be "Skirmish" movement goes up and attack goes up but not so good defence and maybe even 5 Hit Points. It's like, that "tactic" or "formation" becomes a unit in it's self, making more use and sense of the whole point of this game. Strategy, And how you approach different strategies. You're in control, you're mixing and mashing you're own playstyle onto the maps and into the games. You're taking them individual units off of the map and morphing them into, a tactic. Having that "risk and reward" aspect still there. Like checkers, you get to the other side and now you can "King", two individual pieces combined to have a unique playstyle and rules, that change the game. Could be expanded on I believe and also might be a good opportunity to utilise PC? (Yes, I'm aware it would be difficult to implement)
