How to make ~The Illuminati. to play serious??

Anybody please help me? How do I make ~Super TopHats to play serious against me??? Some people say that I am noob and Tops only play serious against people which are competitives??? Is this true??? He also say that he play whatever he want against whoever he want, so will he away play troll against me????

I've come from a 34 loses 2 wins against ~TopHats to a 6 consecutive win steak? Why he away pick somenthing troll like NC turkey or PD italy or SM hungary against me??? Why does he play serious against players such as Laochra and Hdrakon??? How do they make TopHats to play serious????
