Removed turn bug

I don't have a better way to explain it. I buy units, make moves, etc. When the turn ends, it shows battles only if I am attacked. The battles where I was attacking, say a neutral, does not show up in the battle screen. When I start my turn, every thing is back to where I started on the previous turn. No units no moves, etc.
Is there something I am doing wrong? Something I can do?
