Error loading paths

Ok guys , well i cant really understand what's happening. I payed for lifetime and i cant test my own map . Can someone explain me what is the problem? It is only for me or no? When i try to test my map ---------> Error loading paths

I worked on mine for a month. Deleted a buggy border and it broke just like yours.

Here is how a bug is done.

1. You draw a border and assign it a country. All is fine at this stage.
2. You want to delete the country for whatever reason so you delete the country but the border still remains. This can also happens if you delete the border and the country and redraw new borders and countries, but it didn't properly save and when you reload the map editor, the border is still there but now it isn't assigned a country. Basically you are stuck with a border that isn't assigned a country for whatever reason.
3. This border cannot be selected to assign a country to it. You can edit lines and add lines to the border just fine, but you can't assign it a country. You can partially delete the border and save just fine.
4. If you completely delete the bugged border and save, your map breaks and gives you the error and you can no longer edit your map.

There is 2 bugs, there is the one wd explained and the second bug happens if you try to test a map that's already published immediately after making changes. You'll sometimes get error loading paths, or sometimes the borders wont display correctly. In order to fix this second bug you have to log out of aw and clear cache. So if it happens again try logging out as nd clearing cache.

Also, all of this was in the new editor, right?

We didn't do anything to NWE v6 on SL and still have error loading paths. This happened after trying to update the background which never happened cause it wouldn't save it. If you need a screen shot I can get one for you

Was able to replicate it by deleting the border of a map I copied. Rather then start from scratch.

iv tried extensively, honestly I think its the only way to do it, it seems most people clone other people work rather then create original ideas, that's why this issue is coming up so frequently.

Alright.

We'll my bad, I'll target this issue again as a high priority issue. It was at our highest priority but since we couldn't reproduce it (other than cloning the map as you said) we lowered it's priority and focused on finishing the scenario editor. I reckon that the scenario editor is ready (waiting for deployment), I'll work on this next.

No this was in Silver Light. Got error loading paths when trying to load in the game. I tried to get the background not saving error but instead I got this:

I got it to pop up by deleting a border I made.

1. I drew border and saved
2. exited out of editor and went back in.
3. Deleted and it broke map.
