Try logging in and logging back out of your account and trying again. If that doesn't work try switching browsers.

Have one of the officer or leader send u invite to clan or try using a different browser.

Invite system is bugged. I got a "hash doesn't work" message. I had leader open clan for application, then return it to invite only.
