Amount of troops affect how likely you are to TB as well. You need the same amount of troops to be able to get a 50% chance to TB. This is why In some games I can send a transport with very little guard since if the transport stack is 100 then then enemy needs to send at least 50 units at it to even get a 1/4 chance to TB it.

Either way :/ I think most the community doesn't like the way TB works.. and thought old system was better but still not good.

As far as I can see the old system was terrible, sure this one could use lots of improvement but it still seems a lot better than the old one.

Hmm, I'm not sure but I heard that if you attack your enemy with a stack as first move, and your enemy does the same BUT second move, you will get maximum turnblock chance because of the priority (50%).
Many times I have been turnblocked by 1-2 units, you know.
