What a mess

I tried to play this game online, i downloaded, but nothing helps. It takes me like an hour to see the list of servers, and it happens every time i change between beginner and main, or when i change pages.
Also, when i enter into a server it brings me into a weird screen, and in this situation i refresh, sometimes it works, and sometimes it brings me to the same screen, or says "unable to find server".
Even when i am in the server, when i buy the first country, the ready button disappears, and i can't enter for the rest of the game.
Summarizing what i said - i didn't manage to play even one turn of this game.
What should i do?
