Silverlight messed up

When I attempted to enter the game today an annoying pop up appeared requesting me to install silverlight. Having no choice but to accept, I did. However, after installation it did not make the popup go away. Now I cannot unilstall Silverlight because when I try to I get "Error Code 2753". I can now no longer play AtWar. I have attempted installing it again and it hasn't worked, stating that it's already on my computer. Thus having spent a long while on this complete nuisance could you please help me?
