I dont understand how people Tb me with 1 bomber when i have like 26 units in a city?
how is that possible?

if your moving on sea transport then it is possible because it only counts the transport in the TB ratio so in effect your only blocking 1 or 2 units. If not then they got really really lucky 2% percent chance of it being tb 26 with 1 unit or 4% if turn priority is higher. Unless my understanding is totally wrong.

I'm somewhat able to do the 1 unit tb with up close bombers or air transports.

it's more that you messed it up with the transport update, now if there is a transport or airtransport in any city, old rules still apply

what i mean is, i think that even if they are not trying to transport the troops out the city, you can still tb them as if they were being transported out.
