Bug - Naval units in land-only cities

Well, here i found out the bug that you can make naval units inside land-only city.. so far i only found one.. i doubt there is a way to get thoese units out, so it's probbably mistake by you devs :3

I got this once a while back and never saw it again. Also whats up with the 2 tabs that say "Lil Fighters" ? Is Dalmati monitoring us?
