If they are bomber type, then AW needs a buildable fighter type unit.

Don't pay attention to his post, it makes no sense indeed.
Stealth's seem to be Jet fighter's, since we have a bomber unit already. But it shouldn't matter much- stealth are just the tier-2 aero unit, although they should rename stealth Jet or something along those lines (Same with sea transports).

Bomber are jets too, if it's 2011 and the country doesn't use jet engines in aeroplanes it's pretty much a non-country. I'm pretty sure the stealth depicted in the picture (can't remember its model name) can carry out bombing runs although it has fairly limited resources. They are generally used for reconnaissance work in real life though and they don't have any long-range missiles to boot. Don't quote me on this since it's been a rather long time since I read a Tom Clancy novel.

By that logic anything that is manned by someone is infantry.

Sorry, my logic was pretty bull. But breaking it down, the "Stealth" aero unit is actually an F-117 Nighthawk, very nice machine I might add- it actually is designated as a "Stealth Aircraft" by the Air force, but it could use a better name for the game, although finding one is near-impossible lol. I don't know what the bomber is sadly. And this is probably a horrible idea and probably out of date, but remaking the Sentry plane into a Blackbird would be cool, then again we have Scenario's for that. Oh and btw, Afterwind's are infantry too brah.

As they are Lockheed F-117 Nighthawk they are technically Fighters then. Only the Northrop Grumman B-2 Spirit can be called a stealth bomber. Since everyone's taking about the unit icons, it appears the militia is carrying a rocket launcher, I don't know about you but that would definitely do more damage that whatever the infantry is carrying. And what about this marine fella, I have no clue what that icon is.

The marine icon is a group of paratroopers.

I would say it is a bomber, even it has the picture of an F-117. This http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lockheed_F-117_Nighthawk see Specifications "Armament" there ar allmost bombs listet. Use as bomber is what the us-goverment does in serbia and iraq.

It's an F-117 Nighthawk and it's a tactical bomber, the one that kills specific targets instead of raining bombs on stuff.
