Floodcheck?

There's a new floodcheck setting on the global chat. Ok, that's all nice and dandy, no more spam. So I ask people to join my game, but then I get blocked by the floodcheck when I go to make another chat for more info about the game. Wait another 30 seconds, still floodcheck. Is this a glitch or are we supposed to wait two minutes between each gl chat?

It is nothing new and this was already there for a long time. There is 60seconds between every message, and i do not see why this has to be any longer, because advertising your game every minute is more then enough.

Well I guess it'd glitched earlier then because people were using it like any other chat and I saw no floodcheck whatsoever.
