Ability to kik player from in game Lobby

Hi Dave, can you implement function/ module which can allow us to kik players before starting the game,
there are actually many reasons for this:
1: Force starting the game.
2: results 80% games fails in scenerio side which drains the morale and half players gets frustrated and don't join remake.
3: afk players who join games and remain in the game lobby during the time when game is filling, which on starting again causes game to fail.
there may be many more reason which I don't know but the fellow atwar players do. perhaps this new system can do small change thanks.
