Unit Pop Ups

They pop up so quick when we move the mouse over them and make it so frustrating to separate a specific unit from the stack sometimes. Not only that, it sometimes feels like they randomly pop up and make me feel a microdose of pain which will eventually kill me after 5000 games. Can this be fixed before I die?
