It seems very crowded, and it looks by the incomes that money will never be an issue either.

Crowded is not an issue since the map is sufficiently large. Income seams to be fine, at least in the WoE II version. Games last about 35 turns and SPs correspond to WGs of similar amount of turns. But yes, could be more tight the income.
