Needs some downsides. How about all your non-transport units have 1 less range? However, it makes your submarines better as well, and along with +capacity and -cost, the three transport units get extra range. (3 extra range for ATs, STs, and subs, and subs also recieve -80 cost and +2 capacity) I'm probably derailing the suggestion too much and overcomplicating it, but I think that'd be pretty fun; it'd require skill, too. If you're shit with transports, it's not very helpful, but good use of transports would make it very powerful.

This needs some seriously big downsides, otherwise it will be too OP. It seems like Blitz and Imp combined for transports only, to be honest. This strategy would be good if both defensive and offensive units get weakened when playing with it. But, I don't know... Not really supporting, this strategy just... I don't know, it don't feel like we need such a strat.

Do you realize that the air transports in this strategy would have 8 capacity for 400 cost. How is this not OP? This would give me better air transports than sky menace, and, in turn, the ability to move at the speed of blitz with no nerfs to the other troops. The "none" strategy would never be used again because all this strategy does is boost. It needs nerfs.

SM has 6 capacity for 350 + 2 range + 2 critical + 1 attack + 1 defense. And SM only downfall is tanks (replaced by bombers) and I think -1 attack infantry.

Any strategy can beat any strategy. So, your argument is invalid. The point of a strategy is to have some boosts and some nerfs. This strategy would have very strong boosts, and no downsides.

I think the nerf should not be range orientated because this would defeat the purpose of the title of the strat. Instead I think the nerf should be to cut the hp of everything except inf, tanks, trans and airtrans by 1. This reduces the power of milita (increasing the need to to get the right units to the right place) and makes the strat dependent on things transported.

This strat is more OP than it seems, just think about it. Tanks should be nerfed a lot, as well as the units' cost. Stealth units should be nerfed as well, because someone would be just able to move his air trans in the enemy's land and just spread his marines across it.

I think with just militia. So many people keep saying its OP. OP compared to what? None? The inf is not as powerful as PD, and everything else is not as powerful as other strat. Only thing it does is just give you more mobility. The range hasn't change. Nerfing everything to kingdom come because of "maybe" situations has created failed strats like HW. I say just stick with nerf on militia and see how it plays out
