New host for Master of East II

Apparently once the maker of the tounament got defeated and his supporter laocra got eliminated, the touney got shutdown and avoided by the host . Strong !

I beat MOU then he stop hosting it...

Someone continue that tournament by EXCEL or any other program.

And remember this ignoring by host for next tournament he makes, if he makes.
Tournament like tournament could be greatly organisied and finished fast, but......
