Brasil, Germany, England, Belgium, or Croatia. Croatia because they're going to be having a lot of cash flowing in after their performance.

I would say France, not because I'm French, but because I would like a country to win twice in a row the World Cup would be an incredible feat.
Great Spain did not manage to do it, yet she had one of the best teams of all time.

I can understand your frustration, as for Belgium.
France won the competition without being unbelievable and having played none of its matches at 100%, but that was enough to win against his opponents.
Croatia may have been dominating, but in football dominated an encounter is not a certainty for victory.
The great strength of this team was Mr. Didier Deschamps who was able to form a real team.

What arrogance? I dislike France because of the way they play and behave on the pitch (remember the last 10 mins against belgium), i simply pointed out the fact they didnt deserve to win, other teams did.
