 Rake
A few times now I have noticed that whilst protecting a city in the usual triangle shaped 'walling' it has been breached with the city and country being taken over by an attacker yet the wall appears to be intact! How can this happen? And what precautions can be taken to prevent it? Please do not say 'I never walled properly" I did.

It happens when you wall the same turn your enemy attacks. You have to defend the city ofc to prevent this.

3 options:
  • Not properly walled
  • Walled in same turn as attack occurs (as said by Black Shark)
  • Opponent is exploiting bug

An ally can go through your walls and grab a city/capital even though you are allies.

Make the wall a little shorter or bigger. It does the trick.

There is no point in walling, if i have to leave units inside, only noobs steal cities.

Leaving 1 unit or having to leave several more. Is there a difference? I guess there is.
Btw. it should say "only assholes steal cities".
