We've already opened it for mods and supporters. Once the worst bugs are dealt with, we'll open it for everyone else. Hopefully in a week or so, but we'll have to see.

Just AtWar in HTML. Some things were changed, but they are merely how the game will be displayed.

Pre-beta version of software.
It will not use Silverlight, which is the plugin that uses NPAPI, for which the support in Chrome will be cut this September.

Look at the Suggestions forum. Many of those things will start to get implemented after the bugs are fixed, so you can expect it to be that different.
