On the whole though it makes this the most interesting forum section. Please don't let it get ruined by people who want it modded into the ground like the rest of AW purely for the sake of their feelings. If you are one of those people and are really so fragile let me remind you, no one is making you read this or anything else.

Tunder and others are promoting religious/racial hatred... which is a bannable offence, even for off topic.

There's no need for any changes - to modding in off topic or otherwise.. just an acute awareness of the rules

At War is a global game, one that attracts people of varying political beliefs. To change offtopic because you believe someone else's opinion is wrong is simply wrong in itself. You don't have to like their opinion and can even ignore it (press ignore button) so you never see their post. If you are sensitive, off topic is not for you. I for one disagree with many of the opinions I come across. This does not mean I complain about it and think my opinion is so superior that those who disagree with me should be censored. Many of us live in countries that respect freedom of speech- a term that use to mean something. But folks, freedom of speech only works when we have no waivers for that. No waivers at all. The world is not a liberal arts college. You are on an internet forum. You will find things you disagree with. Let's not get carried away here because we're so offended. I assure you, the world will not be a better place by censoring opinions. And at the end of the day, they are opinions-not facts. You have access to the internet and all the access in the world to decide for yourself which opinions suit you. If a person's opinion sickens you, then ignore them. Otherwise discuss it and make an interesting semi-civilized debate or do what most people do- move on.

Yes I squarely deny it, I have no intolerance towards Muslims or Islam. I deal in facts and will never support racial hatred (I'm a mixed race person myself). But I will just as quickly speak out against censorship which I believe is deeply evil.

As for the rules, bro I know them, I wrote parts of them. The issue is interpretation, that which you consider racial hatred I do not. Stop trying to argue from authority because it doesn't actually make you any more convincing.

I've not changed my mind recently. I challenge you to post a single piece of EVIDENCE (not just your own personal hunch) that I'm intolerant towards Muslims or ever promoted hate towards them. You won't be able to do it but I'm waiting.

People here are free to think, discuss and believe in whatever they want. You guys can't force people to stop discussing about a subject they want in offtopic. People here are free to think, discuss and believe in whatever they want. You guys can't force people to stop discussing about a subject they want in offtopic.
