We need more players for 3N3 and competitive. Thus we need incentives.

So i just present the idea without developping it too much but here are the principles :

Point n°1 :

1 PC for every played CW.

If u play more than x cw in a week, u multiply this number by 2

If u win more than 1/2 of them, u multiply this number by 2, without the possibility to exceed x number / week etc... If u win 80% of them multiply by x number, if u win 100% of them multiply by x number etc...

Just like u have an account that summarize the amount of earnings u get from the person u invite, u'll get a special tab with the list of the PC u won, the number of cw etc...

Since Sun got demoted, we barely have any PC drop anymore

Point 2 and 3 have been deleted from the list.

Wrong, RP players play a lot more than competitive players. Also, 25% SP on RP games are already too much. If you play an RP game for 2 hours straight you barely get 200 SP, and if you spent 2 hours on a CW you would get at least 1-2k sp. The only way that RP players are a high rank, it's because they play much more.

There's no need for sp nerfs for rp's as most already make a quarter of their SP, and most scenarios(those coming from the mainstream map makers at least) make a fair amount of sp. If you compare my games to yours, you earn much more SP per turn than I did.
For my games in the past 410 days, these are my most SP earning games and how much SP I earned and SP per turn
test game - 45 turns 1260 sp, 28 sp per turn
epic - 27 turns 845 sp, 31 sp per turn
epic 3 banners war - 24 turns, 796 sp, 33 sp per turn

Now compare to your most SP earning games in 50 days (reason I'm doing such a short period compared to mine is because you play more often than I do, if I limited to last 50 days as well I'd be well short of the SP you make) limiting it to 3v3's and CW games to stay relevant to the topic.
the boyz vs no rankism, 9 turns 1464 SP, 162 SP per turn
Amigos vs cCc TURAN cCc, 9 turns 916 SP, 101 SP per turn
Tuxedo boys vs Peaky blinders, 9 turns 880 SP, 97 SP per turn

cw = a game made to compete with other clans
it has SP buff because admins want to make people compete because when you compete you play more (training/actualy cw's) and evenw willing to pay money to have better chances (premium and protocoins) and you may also invite friends to help you win. or atleast it was the main idea when atwar was alive. and you have trophies for it aswell as a incentive.

scenarios = custom maps (with pre-made countries/picks) that players made for players so they will have fun without trying to achieve something (altho some players are doing challenges on some maps, mostly in ww1/ww2 maps to achieve things). it has no SP boost (and by this i mean % that is higher than 100) because if one custom map/scenario get it then it has to get some system that will have to effect all scenarios respectively (altho this wheel of war has but its the only one as far as i know).

RP = scenarios that adds rules to it beyond basic rules the general community made (no wf t1 etc.) and make the players add more flavor to the game (like "coup happend in he usa, the government is now a commie").
it has SP nerf (most of the times) to balance the SP gains from it to be close to the world map.

SP multiplayer = to balance the SP gains from maps relativly to the basic map (world map, not eu/eu+ which are most cws). created because of rp which made a legit way to farm SP and isnt possible anymore (meme 6.75%-25% SP multiplayer)

imo any change to one of those has to be justified and explained why it doesnt apply to the other types.
which means you have to make a balanced way to give each protocoins (you said its for people to play more clan wars, then it should be more protocoins for the types that are played the least).

anyway it will cause a big inflation of protocoins, and will destroy atwar.

Disagree, protocoins are virtually useless to people with lifetime premium which a lot of the competitve players have anyways. It'd be OP if people migrated over however and mass gained PC's. outside of buying premium PC's have absolutely no viable usage. Promoting games is a waste of time as you can get a mod to feature it for free, promoting a forum, is alright I guess? But the chances are, most players are not gonna have a reason to promote a forum thread. Boosting your SP however is a nice usage, but the problem is.. most PC drops are small, like 24 and that's implying that there's only 1 winner, if multiple people win it's split between them and the SP boost is only effective if you're actively playing. Incognito mode is irrelevant. Promoting games is a waste of time since there is never any more games than 20+ in main room, Main isn't like casual with 100+ games.

The only real useful PC uses are for premium (which a lot of people have anyways) and an SP boost. Though the SP boost can't be downplayed because you might be able to get the useful upgrades just having the upgrades won't destroy balance in games, having upgrades like expendable infantry or lucky infantry won't make you god or anything so it's not OP.

yea i do agree with this, but I think to kaskas point, it seems he thinks a revitalization of the CW scene might shake things up a bit? correct me if im wrong on that one. I see the benefit, but i dont see the harm in PC drops for cws. Maybe make them random instead of every cw?

rather, its the scenario community that is the heart of atwar. think what you will but they are far more active and consistent than competitive. Skill wise and conceptually competitive is the essence of atwar, but scenario players are the most active

i was one who said no so i'll give my explanation.

1st: go fuck YOURself
2nd: that the game is dying has nothing to do with strategies or the lack of them.
3rd: better and easier to invent new strategies instead of fucking with the already established ones.
4th: many like the strategies as they are but are not opposed to new ones.
5th: if it ain't broke don't fix it.
6th: i've been playing one strategy for two months now and am still getting familiar with it, there are many nuances to a single strategy
7th: if people want a balanced strategy than (here's a wild and crazy idea, ready for it?) make a NEW BALANCED STRATEGY and wait for it---wait for it-- call it "BALANCED" woo-hoo! why fuck with 12 strategies instead of just making a new one?
8th: i'm sure there are dozens and dozens of players who don't want the current strategies modified or tweaked.
9th: this post is kind of hidden and tucked away to get a truly representative sample of all the players and members anyway.
10th: IF the game is dying (which is arguable to begin with) it's probably got more to do with a few of the loudest complainers and criers getting their way at the expense of the many.

That'd be good for beginners but it's actually not as simple as that, not many beginners will last in the competitive scene with high ranks, they'll get slammed again and again. Scenarios should be added into CW's, they should also make it you can start CW's with players either side to make it easier and... I think a lot of other players are just none the wiser to the fact that CW's are x2 SP... because I would have thought that simple fact would have dragged in so many more players

Attracting and allowing & participating are 2 different things though.
