I understand that part when two players attack neutral, they kill it and after that some units will def.. some will attack.. But i dont know anymore. I was even playing imp, he was blitz. So if someone have some reasonable explanation about this (not that i am a hacker), pls tell.

I can't see the image in the link Steve posted so thought I would upload again. same image. He was a champ about it and offered a tie. Rep for that.

I have the answers to all you questions, puny immortal! (jk, just wanted to look cool ). I'll explain how the mechanic goes then answer it.

1. The game randomly chooses steve.
2. Steve attack neutral.

... Random! Who attack [Players] and who defend [Players and Neutral] I believe is random from now till the neutrals actually dies.

When neutral dies...

57. Steve attacks phoenix.
58. Phoenix attacks steve.
59. Steve attacks phoenix.
60. Phoenix attacks steve.

And so on, players turns between attack and defense.

Yup, he probably had the bad luck and his tanks attacked the neutral as 1st battle or something, maybe in the long run you had some critical hits, but nothing out of the normality.

You only had infantry and transport. Infantry has higher attack than a transport, so of course they were rolling first. Also, infantry is pretty bad at attacking and militia can do quite well at defending, which explains your losses.

I know, but since is a 1vs1vs1 battle, Shouldn't had his bombers(enemy) attacked first? or 1vs1vs1 battles work different ? Then what decide who attack first on 1vs1vs1

If there are several attackers and a defender, random attacker rolls first.
