Marine/Submarine bug

I edited the world map and then I get a bug that says submarines can't transport marines anymore. Has anyone else encountered this? thanks.

Did you accidentally set the submarine to not be able to transport units?

I'm not sure but I corrected it by adding marines to what it transports.
