So collateral damage kills the city population.
how big of a impackt does it has on recruitment of that city.
would mass collateral damage really slow down turle player recruitment.

yeah when I meant big I meant more around 50-100. Bombers are an exception with their much higher collat.

So the colataral damage would be more effective against bigger citys to take out reinf.
or there main income citys.
now a want a urban-warfare or urban-assault strategy
