Rankism and discrimination

I think rank limit is unfair to rank 10 or higher..
there was this game rank 0-rank 10
rank 10 people have all the upgrade that any rank > rank 10+ would have.
THis is discrimination of high rank. I am very upset I can no longer enjoy at-war.
why rank 10 get game and rank 14 can't?
is it the upgrade?
what experience and expertise does a rank 14 that is above a rank 10.
this is discrimination.
should I make a new account? alternative to enjoy at-war?
