Why mute guests?

What's the purpose of not allowing guests to use the chat? As it stands, new players can't ask for help and they'll probably give up on the game rather than going through the trouble of leveling up and learning on their own.

What's the purpose of not allowing guests to use the chat? As it stands, new players can't ask for help and they'll probably give up on the game rather than going through the trouble of leveling up and learning on their own.

Register your account and set a name to be able to use the chat. We've had issues in the past with people spamming chat and creating new guest sccounts when they get muted.
