We have a lot of topics those days claiming the game is dead

Once and for all I'll state what I think as good as I can and won't comment anymore, cause I feel like the level of agressivity and toxicity has never been that high (I guess good job mod team) :

- competitive is dead for now, most of the good players are gone, the first and second wave of players has definitely been driven out due to the lack of improvement ;

- the game remains quite active nevertheless, got map nwe etc will keep it afloat, and I think we're all good about it ;

- it's probably the good time for a bunch of old players to move on and prepare their legacy, so competitive may rise again, thus you guys energy won't be wasted in some infinite quarrels. That means (to me) summarize the story of old players / clan etc, compele strategies stuff expansions...

- admit that the game we once held dear is not the same anymore ;

- a clear statement from Dave about what he intends to do in the coming months cause even if it's a good thing he took a step back from the community his current absence is quite disturbing

- a clear strategy about the game development.

I won't answer to this anymore, but I felt like the level of toxicity today is unacceptable and we should all calm down, let's accept one of the game Era is dead and let's focus on the future

I honestly tuned out most of the drama on the game.

Idk what happened but by HTML5, the game felt dead to me.

First fewer world games. Then less 3v3s. Here we are today.

I usually don't take the time to respond to comments such as this that inspire zero intelligence, but for the sake of finally shutting you up I will. If you had a brain and actually read what I said, you would understand I am merely stating that these sort of posts have been going on and on and on... but ofc, I'm the one who cannot read. Furthermore, I was agreeing with what you said. But again, that would require a brain to understand. Please spare me the thinkless criticism. Yes obviously the game is not as active as it used to be, and whose fault is that? The only thing that keeps happening is people like you love to bitch, moan, and complain that its the mods fault for killing the game, when we aren't the ones tasked with playing cws. Our only "task" is to ensure rules are applied properly, and people like you keep us from doing our jobs efficiently, which in of itself if killing the game.
Now to address your spurrious claims about how bad I am as a moderator. For one, the toxicity campaign was not my master plan, but was rather me fulfililng the duties of the position under the rules of our new boss, Dave. It's that simple. If for one instance you think that it was the moderators who drove players away, just think.. who are the players pushing the rules and forcing our hands to ban players? I have been so gracious with you, and many others when it comes to bans, so much so, that other moderators have had to ban players for me because I refused to do so. However, the criticism never ends, and so there are times where i have to remind you what the rules are around here, and what the appropriate behavior is. Contrary to popular belief, this is not 4chan or reddit. If you have some kind of real life anxiety, anger, or depression you would like to vent out to people online who really don't give a flying fuck about you, I'd reccomend those sites, and not atwar.
Bringing you a shitty strat has nothing to do with me as a moderator. It was merely an idea that was to be tested. Which by the way, under the original buildings idea that Amok and Ivan had proposed, the strategy would have actually been super over-powering. However, Dave changed the buildings ever so slightly, rendering the strategy I proposed virtually useless. However, we kept it around for a little bit to determine if Dave could change the coding of the buildings to revert them back to the original idea. However, this argument is in of itself flawed as it isn't a mods job to continually press new strategies across. Do we discuss them as a team from time to time? Sure. But the precedent that Laochra set in his time, is not the duty of all moderators. If anything, it'd be awful if all mods were the ones deciding what should and shouldn't be strategies, as Eagle is truly the most knowledgable moderator on the team atm, and he isn't that active anymore. Because of this, Dave created an organization of current active competitive players to try and work on tweaking the meta of the game, based on input from some leading members of the community.
And to go back to what I already said, I did threaten to ban you for your clan page because your clan was not willing to change. The rules of atwar are EXPLICITLY clear for those of us who can read, no NSFW images or porn. There were numerous images in your clans original page that broke both of these rules, and I politely asked them to be removed. However, after being denied rudely with some obscene language, you guys forced my hand, and so I had to threaten ban. Your clan did follow the rules, change the images, and things were resolved. Not sure what your issue is here with that... And yes, I did mute you for saying im a shitty player, but it wasn't just that. Your continual harassment has gone unchecked for some time, and so occasionaly I have to remind you of the rules, because you don't seem to have a concept of morality. It's people liek you that perpetuate the toxicity of this community, then complain about it that others are mean to you. Grow the fuck up mothers boy, get a pair, and wake up to reality before your stuck in a perpetual state of childhood where you whine about everything that doesn't go your way.
My modship is a "disaster" because people like you and your groupies make up random shit about mods to complain about. Its so spurrious and random that we don't ban you guys because it seems so silly, trollish, and just funny. Until I see posts like this where you aren't joking, but actually serious. It's moments like these that I realize how dumb people like you are.


In the future, please refer to the rules on the general forum page before you make any such posts in the future. For now, calm down, and take a day off. I expect to see some more harassment in my PMs when you return as your common to do, or maybe some alt accounts you create to spam forums to harass me. Useless to argue dude, just purge him already. He will not follow our code of conduct, iv written several reports on various infractions. You guys need to stop tip toeing, these guys want a 4chan or reddit to bully people with there cliques. Everything we are doing is contrary to what they want.

The reason this game is dying is because of the sp multiplier Disable it or delete it. Nobody going to play this game with that stupid shit on. I will say that taking the sp multiplier away can increase the number of gamer by reviving Roleplay. This game need top DIVERSIFY. Am I against competitive game ? no, I am trying to say that buy supressive RP game we are denying AT-war potential to grow. I aint going to play a game where the sp multiplier is 25%, I probably have to make lots of unit and only get a small percentage of sp because it's not the world map.

I don't even care about sp anymore. But Winning a huge amount of sp as a low rank will definitely make you want to play more.

RP, especially NWE would just be SP farms because of the insanely bloated gameplay. You'd be asking for a crappy AW. At best, better multiplier.

no, it's necessary to nuke maps that are quite obvious SP farms(there was once an SP farm ww2 where USSR was insanely stronger than every axis nation and they even had cities which were uncappable making USSR literally invincible). Right now it's not even possible to delete html5 maps (for some reason, I can't delete any of my html5 maps) so just outright deleting the sp farm map is out of the question so sp multiplier is necessary to subvert that. Unless you're going to start banning people for making SP farm maps which will only hurt games player base even more I think the SP multiplier is necessary.
