Rejuvenation of mod squad?

Befoooore all, please, especially you moderators, dont feel hailed in negative way about this theme.
As community, we are here to talk about all kind of things, stuff and everything to improve this game, right?
But, there is one theme which is, I would say untouchable. We never openly talked about Mod squad, team or however.
I mean, not talking by pointing at one certain Mod from sqad and take out our opinions about him, but about Mod squad in global.
We all had and will have some 'argues' with certain mod when we feel withholded about something. I also had that with certain mod, but it just flew away, all comes back on old stories and gg...
Some mods are more likely to the community, some less, same as players.
We often forgot mods are players too, right?
Yes, sentence 'mods are players too' is the base of this topic.
You probably ask yourself now what the hell is wrong with this Croat.......
But, Croat wanted to take out something that has been raised and talked about so many times, but we never found even trail of changes.
Mod squad is made of people who deserved admins faith by many things (I wont point them out again because it is answered in many forums)
and they are players who are trying to keep community healthy and improve the game at all.
High percentage of them are older players, who were going through the things we are going today. They surely lost all the starting inspiration and in one hand started to be bored of this game, maybe some of them are even sicken of those moves, tbs, capping, recapping, etc...
So, they are players who went pretty inactive even with moderator role (not all).
On the other hand, there are plenty of active players who are giving a lot of effort for improving this game too and who will like to switch some moderator one day.
I have to write again before I open my last questions, now with big letters, THERE IS NO SINGLE WORD AGAINST ANY MOD AND AGAINST WORK OF ANY MOD, please understand.
So, I quoted above words of certain mod: 'mods are giving their best for keeping community healthy'
What is true.
Now, Croatian princess is asking you:
Will it be better for keeping healthy community if there are inactive players who come online from time to time
or
if there are active players, who are breathing with this game everyday and who have already give much effort for improving the game and keeping healthy community (as much as they could) ?
As conclusion, I wanted to ask all of you (admins, mods, supporters, rest of players):
- What you think about rejuvenation of mod squad?
Several mods, who really have small dose of self-criticism and feel they cannot do that much for the community as they could before when they were more active, should voluntarily (yes, voluntarily, I dont want you to feel like this is some revolution lol) go in deservedly mod retire
and several players, who are active, who are here every single day, who feel the breath of the community, who helped a lot, who are trying more and more for the game, should take their places.
OR
Only to add several active players (who are blablabla again) to the Mod squad. Just an expansion of mod squad.
Some kind of refreshing current mod squad with several active players.
Please discuss what you think about this.
Please, dont again come on theme - Mods abuse their powers, just dont do that.

Well, I see some mods even upvoted (supported) this, some mods commented woth support, so I dont see why it will be just forgotten. If we are together once (Mods, Supporters, Players), why we wont implement this if that is target of all of us? + with a support word of mods, this could easily impel Ivan to refresh those things.

Maybe you can make your threads in a user friendlier way croat. Skip the blabbering or highlight your main points for those of us who dont feel like reading a book. by your upvotes, looks you made some good suggestions about mods so good job bby  my opinion: 1. mods let us say fuck you and faggot and i dont think you appreciate this fact enough. So many of you are faggots and cunts, so that makes this very importand. I support the mods. 2. The only viable candidate for a mod position at this time, would be Laochra. Activity is good but i i havent found anyone else, appart Laochra, who i could bet that he will remain just, fair and as unbiased as it gets.

I don't mean to be rude towards Meester... but... just compare these two answers. Thanks again Devil for proving how a Mod should value a thread like this, just my humble opinion about how a mod should take care of serious topics. Anyway, back on topic, Croat, you realize that changing mods means convinsing old ones about their mistakes or inactiveness and possibility of improval right? Just giving an opinion on the difficulty of what you indicate that should happen. In addition, I'd feel afraid of who could replace them in case some imaginary substitutes were picked. Nevertheless, it's not that bad of an idea, maybe a change inside the game would give this a new excitement, a fresh new start.

Just to be clear, I only upvoted this thread because I do believe we could use a few new mods. I do not believe in getting rid of mods though. Even if they come on once a week, I rather we have more quality then just more active mods. We have a thread in the mod forum where we suggest players of good character to be moderators. The ones that I look for are those that are helpful and beneficial to the community in a public way, or those that are helpful individuals to each other. The latter being less noticeable. If you notice someone doing good deeds and being helpful, nominate them for player the season. Tell us about them, get them known. Help us help you. I don't remember getting any nomination for player of the season (/month) the entire time I am mod. With no voice from the community, the task falls upon the mods find new suitable candidates. If you really want a voice, speak with action. If you want to see change, make yourself heard. There is a significant different between complaining, and actually fixing problem. Complaining will get you no where, because all that is just talking about a problem. Posing a solution, coming up with actions and deeds will win you the world. I want problem solvers, I don't want complainers for moderators.. In conclusion, yes, more mods will be helpful, but we are not going to accept anybody. We are looking for people of sound character. Help us by pointing these people out. Nominate them for player of the season.

Raul, there are few suggestions. Again, suggestions. I am not any kind of revolutioner who wants to take off some mods, omg.......,. Read again some parts and you will get that point of this is not changing mods or to get one mod who will be different to the others. I said the same to Aetius. Cthulhu, yes, exactly. And this thread should have been kind of fixing prob. But seems some players are reading this how they want and it is - against mods. I know it's just a suggestion but what should I understand about "rejuvenation" if not a change? You tell me. I'm not saying you're a revolutioner nor a nuts maniac, I'm just saying what I understood from what I read, if you meant something different use different words than rejuvenation for example  Anyway, it's a nice reflexion overall.

Rejuvenation or 'becoming younger' In this case rejuvenation doesnt have to be implemented only by changing mods xd. Imagine a football squad. If you just refresh the team with adding few younger players (without switching some older player), the team is rejuvenated anyways.

New mods definitely needed Even though I am new, and not respected player, I have to suggestions for new mods. 1. Croat. Active. Great suggestions. Respectful of others. Good guy.
