The MEGA series is the 1st uniform format of a specific country blown to AW Europe Default size.
REAL recent (>2007) population figures used with Income based on REAL GDP (nominal) of the relevant divisions.
All of these maps uses this naming format "Scaled-MEGA____" and have scenario/preset making open to ALL
Bottom 20% of cities by population will become "Extras"

Apologies from me about Spain, I am sure that Jimmy Carter doesn't mean to talk like a Catalonian Nationalist. Moreover, his work is technically not affliated as MEGA:WORLD since the idea of MEGA maps are to focus on country administrative divisions... Why ? Russia, USA, China, Iran, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, UAE, Turkey and France have too many influence in this country whether it was for trade, materials or military bases. Imagine people from all those countries have roles in this war. 1) It could be a world scenario representing the different affections and actions of the countries. (Only the countries above listed are playable). 2) It could be a duel map, regrouping 2 players: 1 with the dictatorial Bachar Al-Assad and 1 with the Syrian Revolutionaries. 3) And finally, it could only be a normal map where political party players can fight for their Syrian regions.
