Game Over: Turn 5

Consul Aurum filibustered the senate phase and no major decisions could be made, this resulted in [9/9] unrest and the Roman republic gave itself away to the Mob.

If you want to see the results of turn 1-4 send me a Pr, i have all the statics and pictures.

What's their navy like?
They have 8 legions right?

Carthage have strong fleet, 10 joint strike groups, we have zero.

They have 10 legions, we have 4.

Any means of generating revenue for Rome should be pursued. Perhaps we can afford to attack Carthage next turn.

They have 3 times larger army than us, if my policy is accepted we will reduce that ratio to 2:1 (2 times), still not enough. Even when we get same amount of troops like Carthage we will have 50% win chance.

Can someone shed some light on how we can get richer?

Accept bribe, wait next turn to get +3 income.
Rome get +100 income every turn.

Decline bribe, spend 5 coin for knight.

If its possible to make money out of Carthage we should not spend anything this turn and buy all the legions/navies we want to invade Carthage with next turn (saves us burning money on expenses when we wont use them for a turn.... we would also have 212 to spend on about 20 units.

Can Carthage attack us btw? Or do we choose when to attack?

Myself, Mail Ru and Commando Eagle are forming a faction... pr us if you're also interested in coming aboard.

Tunder says members of a faction have to made public so I figured why not cut to the chase and try to offer other players a spot with us?

You can now vote with yay/nay on the following:

1.- Building 2 legions and 1 fleet
2.- Tirpitz406 will become the admiral of the entire roman navy if fappino is assassinated.

Nay to both.

We cant go to war with Carthage with 7 legions and 6 fleet... Building them simply adds to our expenses.. Its best to do this next turn when we should build all at once.. Then attack

I'm pretty sure tirpitz is in a faction with Gow and Ghost face, this simply means if their faction assassinates fappino, they will be in control of the navy... Why should we worry about anyone being assassinated?

Tunder told me that faction members will be listed... So I'd like to see who belongs to which please.

Frankly speaking we need a numerical majority to win battles and we won't get money to sustain it in a single turn or even the next 2. Build up slowly. It's how everything happens in real life. You don't and can't just spam out fleets and legions and attack. Rome will go into debt. And once that happens we all lose.
