Custom clan positions, or more positions.

Hello there. I'm going to explain this very briefly, so follow along: We currently have 2 notable positions in a clan: Officer and Leader. With that being said, what if a clan wanted to set up a council of specific people to vote on things, but did not want them to be Officers, and wanted them recognized? They could be given a custom title of Councilor, for example. The colour and naming could be done, as well as a list of permissions they could be granted. Defaults would continue to be Leader and Officer, but more could be added as I stated.

This is what I was thinking about today - even players that are non premium should take part of the council if theyve been chosen to be part of it
