Transporting

APC, etc, can transport ground units.

Air units can not transport other air units, naval units can not transport other naval units? Only ground is allowed to transport ground?

Is there a workaround, such as Air:Transport can only carry Air:Special, etc?

Air and naval can only transport ground, iirc.

Yes it works like that.
Can planes really transport other planes? Also, that would only boost planes' range, nothing else. Same goes for naval. Imagine a huge ship *destroyer* being transported.
