Ally is able to take your capital and since take 2 turn to declare war on an ally, on turn you declare war you lose the game because of winning condition: capture enemy 2 turn? how is this fair if ally decides to do this to you, i think it is a bug because was ally before so..

This is unfortunately not about fairness but being back-stabbed. This is not a bug. Choose well your allies and keep at least 1 unit in your capital if you don't trust your ally. Sorry, hard way to learn about some members of this community.

ok fine but i think the "2 turn to hold enemy country" should start after war is declared which is why i thought was bug... unfair since automatically lose, you would be able to fight back if "2 turns hold" starts when war declared = enemy.

Have a militia in your city, or don't ally people.

maybe i was unclear
Fine, have a unit in city so allies cannot take it, understood.
But if this happens to innocent players because of 1 bad ally = game over with 1 unit. This seems unfair to me, at least. So only after war is declared the player's "2 turns to capture" should start, otherwise they instantly lose on the turn war is declared.

Then make your own game and change how many turns you have to hold the capital.

This isn't the problem.
Problem is when the "capture turns" start.
Default setting is set to capture 2 turns, so most new players will play that and might have same happen to them, so this will help other players too.

It seems like a broken part of how the game works.
Also just like I had thought, you don't care for the new players of this game, why would you say that?
