No, it should be part of South because the USA is divided into 11 regions, 10 of which are on this map.

These are actual regions of the US, not just randomly made areas, that why New Orleans is not in USA: South.

Those are still just arbitrary regions chosen by this game's creators. The United States is broken up into a thousand different ways by thousands of different sources for thousands of distinct reasons. Why not choose one that is more fun to play?

Let us discuss balancing issue please, not random decisions based on the random googling of "Regions of the United States."

Even with those states, it still doesn't have New Orleans

because, my friend, that would be insanity. Some of those regions only have one city that I've never even heard of (I, II, VIII), while some have an unbelievable amount of cities (IX, V, VI, IV). Using that would be even more unbalanced than our current divisions. Show me a better set of divisions if you say there are so many.

I merely chose one at random. I was only proving the point the the game creators should chose how they want to break up the United States, not just default to whatever map happens to be at the top of the Wikipedia's "Regions of the United States." Like I said earlier, the United States is broken up in a million ways by different people.

The in-game map should be broken up for balancing purposes only.
