Don't play ME often but i'd say syria

It has access to higher reinforcement places and decent income, all whilst being close to it.

For gme 3k i'm pretty sure iraq and syria are the best picks.

In fact, I remember you dc'ed in one of our match and I took irak to force a tie, then both u and lao were mad because you were going to win...
