I don't want to sound mean but most of your suggestions are to make your life-as a common player- as easy as it can get no matter what it will take for that to happen.
This game is great in that sector, the creativity and imagination, the planning and organisation,the team-work and studying of your enemy's moves in this game is something out of this world.You can do so many things with so many different strategies and units that one can't think in one game.
To sum up the game's complexity is what drags so many people into it.

Not completely true. If ally detects an enemies' stealth unit, you are also informed.
So watch it, if you have a common ally with your enemy.
