I personally think Innsbruck would be better than Graz; that's just my opinion, but would Europe be too crowded with Innsbruck added while Graz stands? it might be better to take out Graz, it gets in the way a lot. I haven't played many Europe games since iv'e came back yet, so still getting re-acquainted with it, so that's why I should ask: Do you think Innsbruck would be good as a substitute for Graz or new city? Or is Innsbruck not suitable for the map at all?

Graz is the second largest city in Austria; Innsbruck is the fifth. Why should Innsbruck be included if it has less prominence?

Today, Graz is way more populated. Of course Innsbruck had more prominence in the past. But the current map is based on the world of today not the last century. If you want Innsbruck in a scenario just rename Graz-->Innsbruck of course you are not at th right location but at least you have a relevant historic city. Would be so great to create, delete and move cities in the scenario creator
