At this point im willing to just commit to the changes Lao wants to make, I don't agree with them all but they are probably the best we can get and most consistent.

I want a free general to assist non-prems & get some sort of parity ( ha aha ha like that'll happen )

Even with the general you still have to buy upgrades, so you in games you'll still be at a disadvantage

Quite but having access to general would go some way towards equilibrium. after all just how many advantages do prems need in a free game ?
