Competitive Map : Islands of the Apocalypse

Hello everyone,

I just finnished to creat a new map and need some testing and feedbacks.

The map is similar to Dreamworld and Destoria in many ways and have a similar goal, creat an alternative to the standard map Europe.
I tried to balance it for 1vs1, 2vs2, 3vs3 and more, but it can be played in FFA or others settings.

The big difference with Dreamworl / Destoria is that there is 2 huge islands, one in the west and an another in the east, so the map is basically splited in two and there is not really a center where everyone have to go to win. But it's still possible to travel from one continent to another by the north, the middle or the south with all those islands between. There is also several place to go where it's richer but the two most important are in the middle of the West continent and in the southern islands.

Some informations:

- The general unit isn't avaible due to map editor issues ( if someone know how to fix it let me know ).
- Capitals have the name of their country and others cities have numbers, if you have good ideas for names let me know in the comments I could add them.
- There is no rares units and extra cities.
- 109 countries.
- 190 cities.
- 85 cities with port ( ~ 45% of the total number ).

Standard picks for 3vs3 10k:

- Eko and Antigon for the east ( they shouldn't be together if there is only 2 players on the continent, like ukraine/turkey ).
- Kratos, Atlas, Deus and Hyperion for the west ( Kratos and Atlas are the richer so maybe they shouldn't be together too, like uk/germ ).

Others possible picks:

- Atlantis, Apocalypse and enero for west.
- Eterna and Encelade for east.
- Up to your imagination... !

Good map.

I think there is slightly too many cities, in the centres and in general.
Also straight lines as borders not the best idea.
