If some russian or chinese whistleblower decided to snitch he would be killed off by agents, ofcourse they are going to imprison assange or snowden if he revealed secret info anyone would do it, any nation stop having this mentality that the world is black and white. when national intrests come as a priority "morality" takes a backseat.
