How do I properly use the strategy covert operation and best country?

I bought this strategy and I don't really know how to use it.

I bought this strategy and I don't really know how to use it.

Ok i will try to enlighteen up a little bro. If you intend to use CO in EU 10k for 2v2/3v3 i recommend Germany and Ukraine. With Germany you can do almost the same big expansion as if u where PD. With Ukraine i still need to find proper expansion.

Do not recruit Infantry or Militia, expand using Tanks and use Marines to bait capitals and defend.
