Doesn't this make it incredibly inconvenient when trying to move units? Let's say a player takes half or all a continent, wont they have to distribute 4 different times of tanks and 5 types of infantry etc?

Which is why this is scenario-only at the moment, for the individual divisions of countries in the scenario will all have the same units.
