Yeah as we can see that new guys aren't playing effectively, they dont know how to play 2v2 or 3v3. We should improve their skills. So my suggestion is that 3players+headcoach system. These players must be under rank 7-8. And coaches will be decent players. Coaches will train them and will give tips in game(even in tournament). I hope it will improve their in game skills.

What do you think ? Please leave a comment

Isn't this what clans are for?

But tesla you do have a point, clans are more interested in rank 6 players etc.

I still feel if we had a better CW system, clans would be more motivated to 'develop' newer players.

Normally yes, clans for this. But i dont think clans are doing well their job. And they usually pick talented +7 rank players except some.

Also would it work like this

Tophats is like the manager and his three people play?

Nice idea.

For some years ago I have played in a Counter-Strike with a clan on lanparties. Most of the clans on the lanparties had 6 players. 5 where playing the game (5v5), while the 6th looked at all the screens and gave advice. The 6th player was called a 'ghost' (or teamcaptain) and he was talking though a microphone to all the teammates, telling every person what moves he should make or position he should hold. Worked pretty nice. The teamcaptain must know a lot about strategy, to place everyone in the right positions and make them do the right moves. Even if your opponent out-skilled you; you still had a good chance of winning when you had a good captain.

Excelent idea training low ranks i support, but unfortunatelly i dont have the time to do it.
about the 2v2 or 3v3, its verry hard to make it happend, players sign up and go inactive, some cant get online at same time, its verry hard to get a 2v2 tourney going active, a 3v3 is even harder.
